LESSON POLICY
1. First come, first served payment system is offered. That means your requested recurring time slot will only be reserved once payment is received.

PAYMENT
1. All lessons must be paid in advance.

CANCELLATIONS
1. There is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
2. If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson they must do so by providing at least 24 hours notice. Any notifications under 24 hours notice will result in the student forfeiting the lesson. In the case of illness, a doctor’s certificate will be required.

REFUNDS
1. NO refunds are offered. Once payment has been received the student must commit to taking the lesson(s) he/she has purchased.

VALIDITY
1. For package of 5 classes - 5 weeks valid from 1st booking
2. For package of 10 classes- 10 weeks valid from 1st booking
